We love a good celebration – and if it’s your birthday, you’re getting in for free! Just make sure the following applies:
• Your birthday must be within 3 days either side of the brunch date
• You must be part of a group with at least one full-paying guest per free birthday ticket
• Proof of your date of birth is required on arrival – a valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, etc.) or digital proof (e.g. a birthday email, booking confirmation, etc.)
• If no proof is shown on the day, the birthday guest will be required to pay the full standard ticket price to enter
• Offer is subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance – we can’t guarantee availability on the day without prior notice
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
• Birthday free ticket is only valid on bookings purchased through our site and cannot be redeemed against brunch tickets sold on third party sites.
• Birthday free ticket requests require a minimum of 48 hours notice for our team to be able to process the booking.
• This offer is valid for new bookings only and cannot be backdated for any existing orders.
How to book a birthday ticket:
1. Book your tickets as normal and pay the deposit for your group
2. Reply directly to your booking confirmation email to request a free birthday ticket
3. Our team will then confirm and add the birthday ticket manually for you

Please do not purchase a ticket for the birthday guest – our standard refund policy applies, and we cannot issue refunds if you accidentally buy a ticket instead of following the birthday ticket process above.
