Unfortunately, babies and children of any age are not permitted in Blackstock Roof Garden at any time.

The space is strictly over 18s only, due to the nature of the venue and its entertainment setup.

For family-friendly areas, the rest of Blackstock Market welcomes under 18s (including babies) until 10pm, with the exception of the Whisky & Water bar.

The majority of seating at Blackstock Roof Garden is outdoors, however 50 out of our 214 seats are under cover.

We prioritise bookings over walk-ins for these outdoor spaces, however oudoor seating is never guaranteed. 

From time to time some guests may initially be seated in the indoor section of the roof terrace.  They’ll be offered the next available outdoor table as soon as one becomes free if requested.

The indoor space is fully styled in the same Mediterranean theme as the outdoor area, is bright and airy, and offers the exact same experience in terms of music and entertainment. 

It’s also fully heated year-round for comfort in all seasons.

Yes – Blackstock Roof Garden is accessible via our customer lift, making it easier for everyone to reach the rooftop.

Yes – there is one accessible toilet located on the rooftop.

The main toilets are just a short walk down to the mezzanine level of Blackstock Market, directly below the rooftop.

The rooftop is open regularly – sometimes just for drinks and chilled vibes, even when there’s no event.

You can reserve a table and book tickets for our events here.

Most events are free entry, and even when tickets are available for special events (like Bank Holiday parties), walk-ups are always welcome on the night, subject to capacity.

Just turn up and head to the roof – we’ll always do our best to get you in!

Yes – we welcome groups of all sizes, including hens, stags, birthdays, and celebrations.

We just ask that all guests respect the venue and other customers.

We’re perched on top of Blackstock Market at 15 Blackstock Street, Liverpool, L3 6ER – just a short walk from the city centre and close to transport links.

Smart Casual Dress is required - Think relaxed but tidy, Fellas, the ladies have made an effort, you need to do the same!

NOT PERMITTED: Sportswear including; Football Shirts, Tracksuits, Gym Wear, Sports Shorts, Cargo Shorts or Swim Shorts, Flip Flops or Sliders, Work Wear or High Vis.

The open-air rooftop is seasonal and mainly open during the warmer months – usually spring to early autumn.

However, the indoor section of the Roof Garden is open all year round, and Lily’s Lounge hosts a variety of events throughout the year, no matter the weather.

Yes – we allow reservations for most days, especially when the rooftop is open just for drinks or casual visits.

For busier event nights, seating is allocated on arrival, usually on a first come, first served basis for table choice.

In some cases, we may seat you in a specific area based on your group size to make sure everyone is comfortable.

Small decorations are fine for private bookings or reserved areas, but we ask that you don’t bring anything that could disturb other guests or affect the venue (like confetti or large displays).

As a rooftop venue, bookings are weather-dependent.

In the event of poor weather, we will do our best to find suitable indoor seating in Lily’s Lounge or another area of the venue.

Alternative seating cannot be guaranteed but will be prioritised.

Around 50 of the 214 seats are located in the covered section of the rooftop terrace, next to the main bar.

This area still benefits from excellent natural light and features large bifold doors that open directly onto the main outdoor space.

Yes – we have outdoor heaters to keep things cosy, and we also provide blankets for extra comfort on cooler evenings.

That said, we always recommend dressing for the weather.

If it gets too chilly, we’ve got indoor areas you can move into.

You can order food directly from the bar or your table and choose from any of our 8 incredible food traders inside Blackstock Market.

Once it’s ready, it’ll be brought straight to you – no need to leave the rooftop to enjoy great food with your drinks.

Our rooftop bar specialises in Mediterranean-inspired drinks, including a vibrant selection of cocktails, rums, tequilas, and wines – perfect for sipping in the sunshine.

We also offer a wide range of beers, spirits, and soft drinks.

Looking for something specific? You can order from the full drinks selection available throughout the rest of the venue, and we’ll make sure it gets to you.

You’re more than welcome to come up just for drinks – no need to order food unless you want to.
