Planning a hen party? The bride-to-be gets free entry to our Samba Soirée All Day Parties! Just make sure the following applies:
• The hen must be attending with a group that includes at least 4 full-paying guests.
• Only one free hen ticket per booking is allowed.
• The bride-to-be must be clearly dressed as the hen on the day (sash, veil, badge – anything that makes it obvious!).
• If the hen is not dressing up, you must provide proof of an upcoming wedding in advance (e.g. a wedding invite, website, or engagement post).
• If no proof is provided in advance or on the day, the standard ticket price will need to be paid to enter.
• Offer is subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance – we can’t guarantee availability on the day without prior notice.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
• Hen free ticket is only valid on bookings purchased through our site and cannot be redeemed against brunch tickets sold on third party sites.
• Hen free ticket requests require a minimum of 48 hours notice for our team to be able to process the booking.
• This offer is valid for new bookings only and cannot be backdated for any existing orders.
How to book a Free Hen Booking:
1. Reserve your table as normal and pay the £25 per person spend for the rest of your group (please do not book for the bride to be or the system will force you to choose and pay for your drink)
2. Reply directly to your booking confirmation email to request a free Hen drink and what you wish to order (maximum value £25. If you wish to pre-order drinks for a higher value than this you will be charged the difference)
3. Our team will then confirm and add the Hen's drink manually to your pre-order for you.
Important:
Please do not pre-order and pay for an arrival drink for the Bride to Be – our standard refund policy applies, and we cannot issue refunds if you accidentally put through your minimum spend instead of following the Hen Do ticket process above.
Our Samba Soiree All Day Parties take place on Saturday only. Brides to be will not recieve a free drink if joining us for any other occasion
